Most programs require 10+2 completion. Pilot ground school requires Physics and Maths at 10+2 level (bridge courses available). Cabin crew and ground operations programs are open to all streams. Our counsellors will assess your eligibility for free.
We provide dedicated placement support — grooming, mock interviews, campus drives, and referrals to 40+ partners — with a 95% historical placement rate. No honest institute can guarantee a job, but we stay with you until you're placed.
Yes. We offer merit scholarships up to 30%, zero-cost EMI plans, and assistance with education loans from partner banks. Financing options are discussed during your counselling session.
Cabin crew hiring typically favours 18–27 years, while ground operations, management, and technical roles have far more flexibility. Pilot training can begin at 17 (SPL) with CPL from 18. We'll map realistic options for your age and profile.

📞 Book Free Counselling ✉️ Email AdmissionsWe're not a coaching centre with a plane on the poster. We're an aviation institute built by aviators — with one obsession: turning ambition into airline-ready careers.
AeroVanta began in 2014 with twelve students, one simulator, and a founder who had spent two decades in the flight deck watching brilliant young people miss aviation careers for lack of honest guidance.
What started as a weekend ground-school batch grew into a full institute — because we did one thing differently: we trained students the way airlines actually hire. Curriculum built with recruiters. Practice in real mock-ups. Feedback that was honest, even when it was hard.
Today, over 4,500 AeroVanta graduates work across airlines, airports, MROs, and aviation companies in 15+ countries.
Milestones we're proud of.
Five values, printed on our walls and practised in every classroom.
We tell students the truth about eligibility, costs, and realistic outcomes — even when it costs us an admission.
Aviation is built on discipline and procedure. We train habits, not shortcuts, from day one.
Small batches, measured progress, relentless standards. Good enough is never good enough.
We succeed only when our students do. Every decision starts with "does this help them get hired?"
We stay wired into airlines, airports, and MROs so our training never drifts from reality.
New simulators, new formats, new programs — we evolve as fast as the industry does.
India will need tens of thousands of new aviation professionals this decade — yet most aspirants face the same three walls:
AeroVanta exists to be the opposite of all three.
Every core subject taught by professionals who've done the job — captains, crew, engineers, airport managers.
Simulators, mock cabins, live drills. You learn aviation by doing aviation.
Maximum 30 students per cohort so no one hides in the back row.
Placement support runs until you sign an offer letter — not until you finish the course.
Every AeroVanta module runs through the same three-stage cycle — because knowledge you can't perform under pressure isn't knowledge yet.
Regulation-aligned theory taught by industry faculty with real-world case studies, not just slides.
Simulator sessions, mock cabin drills, role-plays, and airport immersion to convert theory into instinct.
Airline-style checks, mock interviews, and personal scorecards so you always know exactly where you stand.
Expanded fixed-base simulator lab and a new A320-type cabin trainer at our main campus.
Partnerships with overseas flight schools and airlines for global training and placement routes.
Full online ground-school platform bringing AeroVanta training to every city in India.
Visit our campus, meet the mentors, and see the training floor for yourself. Your chapter starts with one conversation.
🎓 Start Your Admission 📞 Book a Campus TourHundreds of institutes teach aviation. Very few build aviators. Here is why students — and their parents — choose AeroVanta.
India is the world's fastest-growing aviation market. New airlines, new airports, record aircraft orders — and a massive shortage of trained professionals to run it all.
The demand is real. But the path is full of traps.
"100% job guarantee" ads from institutes that have never placed a single student in an airline.
Slides and dictation with zero simulator time, zero mock interviews, zero real exposure.
Low advertised fees that balloon with surprise charges after enrolment.
Trainers who have never worked a day in an airline teaching "airline procedures."
80 students in a room where individual feedback is impossible.
The support ends the day the last instalment is paid.
"Does this help the student get hired?" If the answer is no, we don't do it — no matter how profitable, fashionable, or easy it would be.
We turn away students whose profiles don't fit — and tell them what would fit instead.
One mentor tracks your attendance, scores, confidence, and interview readiness weekly.
Alumni get lifetime access to placement drives, refresher sessions, and the AeroVanta network.
Modules reviewed yearly by airline hiring panels so you learn what interviews actually test.
Airport visits, MRO tours, and guest sessions with working aviation professionals.
Fixed-base simulators, full-scale cabin trainer, check-in counters, and safety drill zones.
DGCA and IATA-aligned content refreshed with every regulatory update.
From day one, everything points at the moment that matters: the day you face a real airline panel.
Uniform standards, professional discipline, world-class spaces — because you should feel like crew from your first day, not your first job.
Smart classrooms, simulator wing, grooming studios, and a real check-in & boarding zone.
Uniform code, punctuality standards, and etiquette expectations modelled on airline life.
Student lounge, cafeteria, counselling support, and hostel assistance for outstation students.
Choosing an aviation institute is a family decision. We make it an easy one.

🏛️ Book a Campus Visit 📚 Explore Courses22 years in the flight deck. 12,000+ flight hours. One mission on the ground: making sure no deserving student misses the sky.
Arjun Vashisht grew up in a small town watching aircraft contrails and wondering who got to sit up front. No one in his family had flown even as a passenger. It took him three attempts, two loans, and years of self-study to earn his wings — because nobody around him could tell him the right path.
He flew for 22 years with leading carriers, commanding the A320 and B737 across domestic and international routes, and later serving as a trainer and examiner — where he saw the other side of the problem: brilliant candidates failing interviews not for lack of talent, but for lack of preparation no one had given them.
In 2014, he traded the flight deck for a classroom and founded AeroVanta.
"As an examiner, I rejected hundreds of candidates who could have been excellent crew — if someone had just trained them honestly. I stopped blaming the candidates and started blaming the system. Then I decided to build a better one."
AeroVanta was designed as the institute Arjun wished existed when he was 19: honest about eligibility, obsessive about practical skill, connected to real airlines, and priced with total transparency.
"Tell students the truth on day zero — about money, odds, and effort. Everything else is built on that."
"Nobody learns to swim from a whiteboard. Aviation is a performing profession — train it like one."
"An institute's job isn't done at the certificate. It's done at the offer letter."
Arjun runs AeroVanta on the same principles that keep aircraft safe — and they shape everything from faculty hiring to student feedback.
Every process — admissions, training, placement — is documented, audited, and improved each term.
Faculty, counsellors, and placement teams work as one crew. Any of them can flag a student who needs help.
Every mock interview, every drill ends with honest, specific feedback — praise where earned, correction where needed.
"We will train you like the industry will test you. We will tell you the truth even when it is uncomfortable. And we will not stop until you are standing where you belong — inside this industry."
— Capt. Arjun Vashisht
